Maheen

Maheen works at Oncology Solutions as a Healthcare Data Analyst. She supports internal initiatives by reviewing and validating information, maintaining data integrity, and helping ensure overall quality and consistency across materials used by the team. Her work involves attention to detail, organization, and thoughtful analytical support to help keep processes running smoothly and information reliable.

DR. ALWINA JANJUA

A healthcare professional currently serving as a junior doctor in the inpatient ICU setting.
With a strong interest in critical care, she brings hands-on experience in managing complex hospitalized patients and prior experience teaching medical students at the university level.
A dedicated advocate for patient rights, she is actively engaged in quality improvement initiatives, leadership, and evidence-based patient education. Alwina is part of our Utilization management review team and uses her experience to provide quality review work.

NATASHA MORIANI

Natasha provides comprehensive oversight of all clinical operations, administrative functions, and management processes. She leads and coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures efficient organizational workflows, and manages payroll and operational compliance. Her role is central to maintaining operational excellence, supporting leadership initiatives, and enabling high-quality service delivery across the organization.

MAIMOONA MIRZA

Maimoona provides essential administrative and coordination support that keeps Oncology Solutions running smoothly day to day. With a sharp eye for detail , she manages documentation, communication, and operational follow-through to ensure tasks move efficiently from start to finish. Her reliability, professionalism, and proactive support strengthen the team’s workflow—helping the clinical staff stay focused on delivering exceptional oncology guidance and patient advocacy.

Noe Mari L. Cano, RN, MHA

Noe Mari L. Cano is a seasoned healthcare professional and nursing leader with experience spanning high-acuity clinical environments, including operating room and trauma settings, reinforced by formal military training and a strong culture of discipline, readiness, and accountability. He holds a Degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, combining frontline clinical expertise with operational and systems-level insight.

As Executive Director, Clinical Excellence & Care Optimization, he leads the organization’s clinical excellence function and provides oversight across internal quality and performance initiatives. He helps set standards that promote consistency, strong documentation practices, and dependable processes that support high-quality care and effective operations. His leadership style emphasizes structure, clarity, and continuous improvement grounded in evidence-based practice.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he serves as a nursing educator and mentor, focused on strengthening clinical judgment, professionalism, and adherence to best practices. He is recognized for fostering disciplined, high-standard teams and for advancing healthcare quality through practical, measurable improvements.
